ATCS was organized in 1992, Our main purpose is to offer revenue reviews in the collection of taxes, fees and other revenues for local governments. We offer compliance reviews and attestations based on grant or contract requirements award. Also, ATCS performs research and feasibility stuidies to adopt or amend local tax and fee ordinances in accordance with state statutes and/or other governing laws in order to maximize and enhance revenues.
ATCS - Cristeta M. Cruzada, a retired CPA and CFE, ,Founder-President has cultivated 35 years of knowledge and experience with local government on revenue, internal, and operational reviews. She has performed compliance reviews on several grants requirements. Developed a formula in Public Healthcare Reporting, which the State of Maryland has adopted as their standard. She mentored several major Florida cities in their establishment of a revenue audit section. Contributed in the development of a Telecommunication Tax Audit Guide published by the Florida League of Cities. She was a speaker at a FGFOA conference in the subject of Developing Revenue Manual and Telecommunication Tax Audit for local government.
